History
Our company was founded as an Uzbek-Turkish joint venture with the name Papfen Joint Stock Company at the end of 1996, and is producing cotton yarn since then.
Upper level executive management board of the company consists of 4 Turkish and 1 uzbek members.
The cotton yarn fabric is located in Pap city of Namangan region which is 240 km from Tashkent and surrounds 33.000 sq.m. area about 21.000 sq.m. of which is closed. 16.000 sq.m. of this closed area is covered by the building where the production is performed.
Factory management is carried out by the General Director and 4 assistants to him 2 of whom are Turks. There are 4 turkish and 1 uzbek upper level managers, 8 middle level managers (Uzbek and Turkish) contributing to the factory management. Total number of employees is about 400.
Products
Production line of our company is equiped with the most modern machines.
Our company's product spectrum consists of:
Carded cotton yarn waxed Ne 30/1 (continuous production)
Carded cotton yarn waxed Ne 24/1 (rarely)
Carded cotton yarn waxed Ne 20/1 (very rarely)
Combed cotton yarn waxed Ne 36/1 (continuous production)
Combed cotton yarn waxed Ne 30/1 (continuous production)
Combed cotton yarn waxed Ne 24/1 (very rarely)
In addition to above mentioned products, our fabric has oppportunity of producing combed cotton yarn waxed Ne 36/1 and other cotton yarns of various counts.
Using only the highest quality of Uzbek cotton, the plant works approximately 5,600 tons of cotton per year.
The Papfen Yarn factory produces carded and combed yarns of various sizes which are subsequently used in the production of grey cloth, bed sheets, towels, jeans, underwear and summer outer wear.
Allmost all of our company's total production is exported to Turkey through Tekfen Foreign Trade Company.
Our company produces approximately 4.300 tons of cotton yarn a year.

Quality
Papfen JSC pays great attention to the quality of products. Our laboratory is equipped with the most modern technology and controls the quality continually.
Our company not only controls quality, but also tries to guarantee it with a well established Quality Management System.
Since July 27th, 2005 the QMS of our factory is TSE EN ISO 9001:2000 certified by TSE so that it is approved to be convenient with ISO 9001:2000 conditions.
